Mapperton House- Dorset

Photos from a lovely February afternoon walk around the gardens at Mapperton House, Beaminster in Dorset, when they opened the gardens to visitors for their ‘Snowdrop Sunday’ open day- so visitors could enjoy seeing all the beautiful Snowdrops flowering.

What a stunning garden it is to wander round- quite breathtaking and cannot wait to return in Spring to capture the garden then too. Hope you enjoy my photos below xx

Pathways lined with drifts of Snowdrops.

You could enjoy wandering through the lower parts of the garden with all the Snowdrops flowering.

The formal gardens near the Manor house were so beautiful. You can see why the garden is award winning, as it really is magical.

Drifts of Snowdrops and the first cherry blossom.

Pathways through the beautiful Dorset countryside.

Such a joy to wander round a late Winter garden and see so many flowers blooming. Really looking forward to visiting the Mapperton House again in Spring.xx
